  Boots to RBC for poor service. I picked up a new credit card and took the lady at front line at least 10 minutes just to pick between two cards. As I had a card re-ordered. Finally she confirms the card and sends me on my way. I get into my vehicle and read the letter and realize I don't have a pin. So I got back into RBC and the receptionist is unhelpful and tells me I will have to get into line again. So ok I understand maybe she doesn't have the proper training to help me. So here I am waiting. Spending my whole lunch hour to try to pick up a silly credit card. Great customer service would have been to help me and apologize for the mix up not march past me and ignore me while I wait in line. Where does she go? To help the frontline staff and calls up a customer. Boots to the front reception lady with short brown hair and glasses.
  
  UPDATE: the card still didn't work when I went to the store...boo
